Update on Damaged Gate

We’d like to provide an update regarding the damaged gate at Claire Vista.

Gate removal is scheduled to take place on Monday, weather permitting.

Concrete work will begin with demolition starting on Monday, followed by concrete pouring on Wednesday. Once poured, the concrete will require approximately 10 days to fully cure to ensure proper strength and durability.

Following the curing period, gate reinstallation is expected to take place approximately 12 days after the pour date.
